Majority women-owned businesses and nonprofits in the United States with annual revenues less than $5M, at least one paid employee, and with fewer than 50 individuals on staff. Sole proprietors and/or businesses that exclusively employ contractors are not eligible to receive this grant.

Loans
The Paycheck Protection Program is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll. SBA will forgive loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest, or utilities. Sole proprietors, independent contractors, and self-employed persons are also eligible to apply.
